Responsibilities
- Architect AI Core Infrastructure to integrate LLMs into the developer workflow.
- Establish engineering best practices for AI development, including evaluation frameworks and code safety guardrails.
- Collaborate with product engineering teams to identify and address systemic friction points.
- Optimize feedback loops to eliminate bottlenecks in the software lifecycle.
- Maintain enterprise reliability of AI infrastructure by monitoring system health and diagnosing issues.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in systems engineering with a focus on complex codebases.
- Proven track record of deploying production AI solutions beyond prototypes.
- Strong understanding of prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and multi-agent workflows.
- Passion for enhancing developer experience and productivity.
- Ability to communicate complex AI concepts clearly and mentor junior engineers.
- Experience working collaboratively across teams to achieve strategic goals.
