Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day technical delivery and act as the primary technical contact for development teams.
- Translate business requirements into functional technical solutions and lead hands-on Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform implementation.
- Design and develop custom plug-ins, PCF controls, JavaScript solutions, Azure Functions, and other scalable pro-code solutions.
- Own the implementation of AI and emerging technologies, including Microsoft Copilot Studio and autonomous agents.
- Configure and administer ALM and deployment pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
- Conduct code reviews and technical quality assurance to reduce technical debt and maintain coding standards.
- Mentor developers and consultants as a technical guide without direct line-management responsibility.
- Provide technical estimates for Statements of Work and contribute technical input to RFP responses.
Requirements
- Extensive experience as a Technical Lead or Senior Developer specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform.
- Deep proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, modern web frameworks, and PCF control development.
- Hands-on experience with Azure Integration Services, including Logic Apps, Service Bus, and Azure Functions, integrated with Dataverse.
- Strong ALM and DevOps experience, including configuring and managing pipelines in Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
- Experience contributing to commercial estimates and validating technical assumptions for project deliverables.
- Strong communication skills for explaining technical implementations to clients and non-technical stakeholders.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications such as PL-400 or PL-600.
- Active Security Clearance or eligibility to obtain Security Clearance.
- Practical experience with Azure OpenAI Service and Microsoft Copilot Studio is desirable.
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot is desirable.
- Experience with data migration strategies and complex transformations from legacy SQL or Oracle systems is desirable.
