Responsibilities
- Lead a Java team and provide technical leadership.
- Shape technical direction and create sustainable software solutions.
- Combine hands-on coding with leadership and collaboration.
- Work on consulting assignments for customers across multiple industries.
- Contribute to building Ictech’s new Stockholm office and culture.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience with Java and related technologies.
- Experience with cloud platforms including AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Previous experience as a team leader or in a technical leadership role.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in an agile and dynamic team.
