Sr DevOps Engineer

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineering, quality assurance, and operations teams to determine requirements and implement solutions for cloud product operations.
- Maintain detailed tracking of work activities, risks, and future work for planning.
- Improve product reliability and uptime by proactively anticipating issues, creating solutions, and resolving problems before customer reports.
- Develop, deploy, and maintain cloud services, infrastructure, and build and deployment pipelines.
- Investigate problems in software and its operating environment, identify root causes, and implement fixes.
Requirements
- At least five years of experience designing and maintaining CI/CD systems for critical cloud services in Microsoft Azure or another cloud provider.
- Demonstrated experience maintaining cloud services and deployments.
- Experience developing and deploying solutions using Azure DevOps build pipelines.
- Experience using Terraform to deploy solutions in Microsoft Azure.
- Experience with PowerShell and other scripting languages.
- Understanding of Git, Ansible, Terraform, and Packer.
- Strong critical-thinking, problem-solving, ownership, collaboration, integrity, and continuous-improvement skills.
- Preferred experience using Packer to create operating system images for multiple platforms.
- Preferred experience with GitHub Actions build and deployment pipelines.
- Preferred understanding of security customer needs and network security.
- Preferred experience working on Agile teams using scrums, sprints, and retrospectives.
