Responsibilities

Develop and maintain scalable full-stack web applications using React, Redux, and Python backend frameworks.
Implement Observe-Think-Act automation and AI-driven workflows for network outage detection and customer communication.
Design and optimize backend services that process high-volume network telemetry and time-series data.
Integrate third-party APIs, AI services, webhooks, and event-driven workflows into production applications.
Write maintainable, efficient code and conduct high-signal code reviews.
Collaborate with Product and engineering specialists to deliver features for global telecom operator clients.
Mentor others and contribute technical leadership.

5 to 8 years of professional software engineering experience.
Strong proficiency in Python and FastAPI or Django, with experience designing scalable RESTful APIs.
Proficiency in React and Redux and hands-on experience building complex, data-heavy web applications.
Hands-on AWS experience, including Docker and Kubernetes containerization.
Ability to break down complex manual problems into deliverable, automated technical tasks.
Experience with mentoring or leadership.
Preferred: experience deploying AI agents or using LangChain, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex.
Preferred: experience with anonymization techniques, data privacy, and GDPR.
Preferred: understanding of network monitoring, telecommunications data, or performance testing.
