Responsibilities
- Reimagine and implement the next-generation data platform for Warner Music Group.
- Build systems to store, represent, ingest, process, transform, and serve artist, songwriter, works, and music-consumption data.
- Develop large-scale data processing pipelines and high-availability dimensional data stores.
- Represent relationships among artists, songwriters, and their works to support search and discovery.
- Own the creation and delivery of innovative products and contribute to a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Undergraduate or graduate degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or another related field.
- 7+ years of experience in backend development or data engineering.
- Experience building or developing large-scale data processing pipelines and/or large, high-availability dimensional data stores.
- Passion for music and an interest in providing data that supports the music industry.
- Strong ownership, impact orientation, coding ability, communication skills, and design skills.
