Responsibilities
- Lead discovery, architecture, and execution for new Go-To-Market offerings and Quote-to-Revenue transformations.
- Serve as the principal architecture authority across the Zuora ecosystem.
- Manage configuration deployment lifecycles, configuration releases, and environment promotion strategies.
- Configure Zuora Billing capabilities including product catalog, charge models, invoicing, payment gateways, and workflows.
- Configure Zuora Revenue schedules, contractual obligations, workbench rules, and period-close automation.
- Design and deliver recurring-revenue models including subscription, usage-based, hybrid, and ramp deals.
- Communicate billing architecture and financial revenue concepts to non-technical leaders and executives.
Requirements
- 7+ years of total experience with enterprise order-to-revenue or subscription platforms.
- At least 3–5+ years focused on Zuora Billing and Zuora Revenue (RevPro).
- Deep functional and configuration expertise in Zuora Billing and Zuora Revenue.
- Demonstrated success delivering recurring-revenue models and managing deployment lifecycles.
- Strong stakeholder communication skills with business leaders and executives.
