Base Salary
$114k - $134k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales on discovery sessions, solution development, product demonstrations, architecture reviews, and deal strategy.
- Translate complex business requirements into tailored technical solutions aligned with customer goals.
- Maintain expertise in Salsify’s product offerings and customer success stories to connect functionality with business outcomes.
- Build trusted relationships with prospects and customers through technical guidance and industry thought leadership.
- Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Marketing on customer needs, adoption, services scope, messaging, and market feedback.
- Communicate the value of Salsify’s platform to technical, non-technical, and executive stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Consultant, Solutions Engineer, or Sales Engineer for B2B SaaS solutions.
- Experience in industrial manufacturing, distribution, or a closely adjacent B2B vertical.
- Strong communication, presentation, storytelling, and consultative problem-solving skills.
- Deep technical aptitude and understanding of complex data flows and enterprise architecture.
- Programming expertise is preferred but not required.
- Ability and willingness to travel 20–25%.
