Responsibilities
- Manage and lead architecture projects within DXC’s Consulting & Engineering Services portfolio.
- Develop or lead solution architects in delivering technical solutions aligned with customer requirements and DXC offerings.
- Collaborate with Multi-Line Solution Architects to create cohesive end-to-end customer solutions.
- Translate customer business objectives and challenges into solution opportunities.
- Provide technical guidance and resolve complex architecture issues.
- Evaluate and recommend technology solutions aligned with business goals and CES offerings.
- Oversee project completion, report progress, and ensure customer objectives and timelines are met.
- Size and cost architected solutions for pre-sales engagements.
- Present solutions to customers and serve as a trusted technical advisor.
- Communicate with technical and non-technical internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Typically 7+ years of relevant industry experience, including at least 3 years in a similar role with a technology or managed services provider.
- Experience providing technology leadership in high-value engagements within complex enterprise environments.
- Experience developing solution strategies, solution descriptions, and solution costing for pre-sales engagements and RFP/RFI responses.
- Strong proposal development, written communication, and oral communication skills.
- Experience engaging with senior client technical teams in a consultative or solutioning capacity.
- Strong expertise in at least one enterprise technology domain and industry, with awareness of broader service offerings, market trends, and emerging technologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong problem-solving, leadership, and project management skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teams.
- Fluency in English and Cantonese.
