Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement GenAI solutions for financial applications including recommendations, risk assessment, fraud detection, and automated reporting.
- Explore Agentic AI concepts and design and implement intelligent AI agents.
- Process and analyze large structured and unstructured financial datasets.
- Architect and implement RAG pipelines using LlamaIndex and LangChain.
- Develop prompting strategies, fine-tune LLMs, and evaluate the performance of LLM and other GenAI models.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy and maintain GenAI models in production using containerization, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure.
- Communicate with business stakeholders and stay current with GenAI research and development.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in AI/ML development with a track record of building and deploying GenAI applications.
- Deep understanding of transformers, LLMs, GANs, diffusion models, and Agentic AI concepts.
- Expert-level Python programming and proficiency with relevant AI, machine learning, data science, and web development libraries.
- Experience with vector databases and RAG pipeline implementation.
- Strong software engineering skills with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure management across AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with MLOps principles and tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Preferred: experience with financial data and applications, financial markets and instruments, chatbot development, conversational AI, and natural language understanding.
- Preferred: experience leading or contributing to complex data science or AI/ML projects, AI/ML publications or conference presentations, data visualization and reporting, and SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Preferred: Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field, or relevant experience.
Benefits
- Full-time position based in Mississauga, Canada.
- Base salary range of $94,300.00-$141,500.00.
