Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, and deliver custom software components across enterprise systems and applications.
- Lead AI-driven solution design and delivery using Generative AI and Agentic AI to address complex business challenges.
- Apply prompt engineering and AI evaluation frameworks while aligning AI capabilities with business objectives.
- Support application development, implementation of best practices, troubleshooting, system monitoring, and performance optimization.
- Work independently as a subject matter expert, contribute to team discussions, and provide solutions to work-related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system performance and reliability.
- Document technical processes and solutions clearly.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Microsoft Cloud Enterprise Architecture.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing principles and architecture.
- Experience with application support and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Familiarity with system monitoring tools and performance optimization techniques.
- Strong grasp of Generative AI, Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks.
- Ability to align AI capabilities with business objectives while ensuring scalability, responsible use, and measurable value.
- 15 years of full-time education.
