Responsibilities
- Partner with Marketing Operations stakeholders to analyze requirements, workflows, process gaps, and opportunities for system-based improvements.
- Design, develop, implement, maintain, and optimize enterprise applications, automation tools, and technology solutions.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications aligned with operational and user requirements.
- Automate repetitive tasks, manual workflows, and reporting processes.
- Develop system integrations and monitor system performance, reliability, usability, and business continuity.
- Provide troubleshooting, technical support, system maintenance, and issue resolution for Marketing Operations applications and tools.
- Collaborate with Information Technology, Casino Operations, and other business units on process optimization, systems integration, and best practices.
- Create and maintain system documentation, user guides, process flows, and technical specifications.
- Participate in project planning, testing, implementation, and post-deployment reviews.
- Analyze operational data and system metrics and provide recommendations for enhancements.
- Support replication and scaling of successful initiatives across business units.
- Report project progress, milestones, risks, outcomes, and business benefits to management.
Requirements
- Diploma, bachelor's degree, or equivalent qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Systems, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in enterprise application development, systems development, process automation, or digital transformation initiatives.
- Experience delivering end-to-end technology solutions from requirements gathering and solution design through development, implementation, and post-production support.
- Experience partnering with business stakeholders to identify process improvements and translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions.
- Demonstrated experience in application development, system integration, workflow automation, and process optimization.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft .NET technologies, including ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript, CSS3, AJAX, Entity Framework, DevExpress, and XPO.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server, including database design, development, query optimization, and reporting.
- Experience developing APIs and system integrations using JSON, OData, Web API, and web services.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, or Team Foundation Server for source code version control.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle, application architecture, design patterns, and development best practices.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience preparing technical, functional, and process documentation.
- Relevant certifications in automation, low-code development, project management, business analysis, or data analytics are advantageous.
- Experience in hospitality, gaming, customer-facing, or operational business environments is advantageous.
