Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted strategic advisor and Salesforce platform expert to C-level stakeholders at enterprise clients.
- Architect multi-cloud technology solutions across application, data, integration, and security domains.
- Guide and lead cross-functional teams of architects and developers; manage technical teams directly at the Director level.
- Facilitate executive workshops, drive program governance, and manage partner and customer negotiations.
- Identify and manage risks, resolve issues, and review project direction, approaches, and key artifacts.
- Guide customers and colleagues in adopting emerging technologies and lead internal initiatives supporting the consulting practice.
Requirements
- 8+ years of enterprise architecture or consulting experience; Director-level candidates require 10+ years.
- Experience leading Salesforce Core Projects; Director-level candidates additionally need 2–5 years of direct people management.
- Strong application design skills and expertise in data, integration, and security architecture.
- Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to present to and influence C-level audiences.
- Ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes through technology and integration.
- Preferred: bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent work experience.
- Preferred: Salesforce Certified Technical Architect credential, active progress toward it, or multiple Salesforce Architecture certifications.
- Preferred: enterprise architecture experience, AI-powered development tool experience, technical team or workstream leadership, and experience with Consumer Goods Cloud, Retail Execution/Trade Promotion Management, or the Consumer Goods industry.
