Responsibilities

Develop reusable embedded software for inverter and converter electronic controllers supporting functional safety requirements.
Design, code, and test software using an Automotive SPICE-compliant development process.
Work with Systems Engineering to analyze and document software requirements before design and implementation.
Support and maintain common project-family software architecture.
Ensure traceability from requirements through test cases.
Collaborate with software engineers and multisite teams across time zones.
Develop and maintain functional safety features including ADC monitoring, SMU configuration, QSPI monitoring, clock monitoring, watchdogs, and BIST.

6-9 years of experience is stated for the role, including a minimum of 3 years in Functional Safety software development.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electronics, Communication, Electrical, or Instrumentation engineering is required.
Hands-on Functional Safety Level 3 software development experience is compulsory.
Working knowledge of microcontroller peripherals and hands-on experience with 32-bit Infineon TC3xx microcontrollers, including on-chip peripheral configuration and usage.
Expertise in embedded software development using C.
Experience with cross compilers and debuggers such as Lauterbach.
Understanding of AUTOSAR configuration tools and methodology.
Experience with Functional Safety software, IoHwAb, and MCAL development is preferred.
Experience with Vector tools such as DaVinci and EB tresos is an added advantage.
Experience with Plastic SCM, Bitbucket, JIRA, and Polarion is required or preferred.
Exposure to Agile methodology is required.
