Base Salary
$129k - $185k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and develop customized Salesforce solutions that meet business functions, project objectives, client requirements, and company goals.
- Implement and support Salesforce integrations with internal and external systems using integration tools and APIs.
- Develop and maintain Visualforce, Apex, Lightning components, LWC, and related Salesforce functionality.
- Manage the Salesforce application lifecycle, including testing, deployment, maintenance, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with business partners to define and implement enhancements and process improvements.
- Provide technical leadership and establish best practices for integration, application development, deployment, unit testing, system testing, and iterative refinement.
- Maintain solution design documents, technical specifications, user guides, and other technical documentation.
- Monitor new Salesforce features and recommend improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 6 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer with strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture and best practices.
- Experience with Apex, LWC, Lightning Component Framework, SOQL, workflows, validation rules, process builders, and flows.
- Experience with Salesforce integration tools and REST and SOAP APIs, along with system design, quality engineering, and cross-system thinking.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git and CI/CD processes.
- Experience with AI development tooling.
- Ability to solve complex technical problems, manage multiple projects independently, and collaborate with teams and partners.
- Salesforce Developer Certification, such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II, is preferred.
- Experience with Salesforce Agentforce, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, or other Salesforce products is preferred.
- Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies is preferred.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred.
