Responsibilities
- Build and scale infrastructure supporting coding assistants and measure the quality of automated code generation and internal tools.
- Develop internal CLI tools, automated workflows, and self-service platforms that reduce friction for product engineers.
- Create workflow orchestration systems such as Slack support bots and triage assistants using search and knowledge-retrieval architectures.
- Manage repository context systems, configuration files, rulesets, and prompt libraries for accurate developer-tool suggestions.
- Architect testing and feedback frameworks integrated with GitHub Actions to provide rapid automated code-quality feedback.
- Partner with engineering leadership, QA, and feature teams to identify development bottlenecks and build software-driven solutions.
Requirements
- Strong programming proficiency in Python, Go, or TypeScript, with an emphasis on writing software rather than only configuring YAML.
- Proven experience evolving DevInfra or DevOps workflows into automated developer platforms.
- Practical experience building internal tools with LLM APIs such as Anthropic, knowledge-retrieval architectures, and complex automation.
- Deep understanding of developer workflows, GitHub Actions, local development environment orchestration, and developer-experience tooling.
- Strong proficiency building automated frameworks, worker services, and custom internal portals that integrate with existing toolchains.
- Working knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud environments for deploying and scaling internal tooling.
- Preferred experience with C++ build systems, CMake, MLOps, model serving, and model management tools.
