Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and operate end-to-end integrations across cloud, on-premise, and hybrid SAP and non-SAP environments.
- Build modular, reusable, and maintainable iFlows using routing, splitting, gathering, message mapping, and transformation patterns.
- Implement Groovy scripting, persistence, idempotency, retries, correlation, enrichment, validation, and conditional execution.
- Design secure APIs and connector-based integrations with authentication, authorization, throttling, versioning, and observability.
- Develop AI-native integration agents, retrieval-grounded recommendations, intelligent mapping support, anomaly detection, predictive operations, and conversational troubleshooting.
- Create automated integration testing, payload regression, replay testing, API verification, and AI evaluation harnesses with release gates.
- Set up monitoring, dashboards, alerts, structured logging, message tracing, correlation IDs, root-cause analysis, and remediation workflows.
- Define integration strategies, governance standards, maturity assessments, and repeatable enterprise integration patterns.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience is required.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Strong hands-on expertise with SAP BTP Integration Suite, cloud integration, iFlows, transformation patterns, and monitoring.
- Experience with message mappings, routing patterns, and enterprise data formats including JSON, XML, and CSV.
- Practical scripting experience, such as Groovy, for flow customization and performance tuning.
- Solid API design and management knowledge covering security, throttling, lifecycle/versioning, and observability.
- Experience with retrieval-grounded outputs, tool-augmented workflows, measurable AI evaluation loops, and safe action boundaries.
- Knowledge of event-driven integration, enterprise messaging, connector-based SaaS integrations, integration modernization, and governance is strongly beneficial.
