Responsibilities
- Lead and contribute to requirements, design, implementation, testing, and documentation across the full software development lifecycle.
- Design and develop robust, maintainable software in a complex engineering environment.
- Drive technical decisions involving system design, architecture, and implementation.
- Review code and software documentation for quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
- Evaluate and introduce new technologies, tools, and methodologies.
- Ensure compliance with software quality systems and regulatory requirements.
- Improve engineering processes and team practices.
- Coach and mentor colleagues and support team growth.
Requirements
- Typically 7+ years of software engineering experience.
- Strong proficiency in C++.
- Experience working with complex systems across multiple layers.
- Strong understanding of software architecture and design principles.
- Experience working in agile environments such as Scrum or SAFe.
- Ability to take ownership, drive technical initiatives, and work independently.
- Experience mentoring or supporting other engineers.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
