Responsibilities
- Develop and integrate front-end and back-end components for enterprise applications.
- Use AgentAI copilots and LLM-based tools for coding, debugging, documentation, testing, and integration.
- Integrate pre-built AI services and APIs and implement RAG-based features where relevant.
- Deliver robust, scalable, production-ready software using engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with architects and AI-native specialists to support integration and adoption.
- Continuously improve software development and operating practices while maintaining quality and compliance.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience is required; the posting additionally specifies a minimum of 6 years in Java full-stack development.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Strong foundation in enterprise engineering, SDLC, and domain workflows.
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools, copilots, or LLM-based coding assistants.
- Practical knowledge of AI concepts and limitations, with a focus on integration rather than model training.
- Java full-stack development experience, including front-end and back-end development.
- Experience with one or more of Java with Spring Boot, .NET with C#, or Python.
- Familiarity with React, Angular, or Vue.js and TypeScript or JavaScript.
- Knowledge of SQL or NoSQL databases, REST or GraphQL APIs, cloud-native development, and CI/CD pipelines.
