Responsibilities
- Partner with marketing leadership to design and deploy AI-native workflows with human-in-the-loop supervision.
- Own internal AI solutions from input collection and problem scoping through prompt engineering, integration, testing, and iteration.
- Research, assess, and integrate models and agent frameworks for specific marketing problems.
- Build integrations connecting AI agents to the marketing data stack.
- Advocate internally for practical applications of the evolving AI landscape and help teams distinguish real capabilities from hype.
Requirements
- Strong track record building marketing operations automations and AI workflows with skills and tool integrations.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, skills, and agentic orchestration frameworks.
- Ability to manage context, structure model outputs, and chain tasks together.
- Builder mindset with comfort working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments and defining problems as well as executing solutions.
- Strong communication skills for explaining technical systems and their value to non-technical stakeholders.
- Genuine curiosity about marketing and its business impact, including lead qualification, sales enablement, and personalized email marketing.
