Responsibilities
- Ensure the availability and reliability of managed hosting services for customers.
- Deploy and manage investment applications according to professional Cloud Ops standards.
- Participate in the on-call pool and support high reliability, availability, and uptime.
- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues across the Wealth Domain.
- Design and implement resilient, scalable, and highly available cloud infrastructure.
- Automate operational processes and improve efficiency while controlling cloud costs.
- Support secure, compliant, and cost-effective cloud operations.
- Provide hands-on technical guidance, mentorship, and collaborative problem-solving.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in systems engineering.
- At least 3 years of experience working with the listed platform technologies.
- Proficiency with Helm Charts, Kubernetes, Istio, ArgoCD, and GitHub/GitHub Actions.
- Experience with monitoring and observability, particularly the Grafana stack and OpenTelemetry, is desirable.
- Understanding of cloud infrastructure security, cloud-native technologies, and desired-state configuration.
- Knowledge of scalable and highly available cloud infrastructure design and implementation.
- Strong communication skills and good English proficiency for collaboration with international teams.
- Knowledge of the Python stack is a plus.
- Mentorship skills and a demonstrated focus on automation-first practices.
