Base Salary
$107k - $184k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead medium-complexity features from technical design through completion and drive end-to-end delivery through delegation, review, and collaboration.
- Design, develop, debug, test, troubleshoot, and support enterprise software solutions using Power Platform and Azure technologies.
- Build enterprise integrations using REST APIs, custom connectors, Azure services, Microsoft integration technologies, and modern integration patterns.
- Translate user needs and solution architecture into technical specifications, architectures, standards, and implementation plans.
- Improve software development lifecycle practices, automated testability, deployment automation, DevSecOps, and application lifecycle management.
- Conduct research, prototyping, application demonstrations, documentation, and cross-functional design activities.
- Mentor less experienced engineers and help advance engineering maturity, standards, automation, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of relevant IT experience.
- Experience designing, developing, and supporting Microsoft Power Platform solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
- Experience with enterprise integrations, REST APIs, custom connectors, Azure services, Microsoft integration technologies, and application integration patterns.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, .NET, JSON, PCF controls, custom APIs, and Dataverse plug-ins.
- Understanding of application lifecycle management, source control, CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, DevSecOps, Power Platform security, authentication, authorization, and secure application development.
- Experience resolving application, integration, performance, scalability, and operational issues in enterprise environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and mentoring skills.
- Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400) and/or Azure Developer Associate (AZ-204) certifications are highly desirable.
