Base Salary

$144k - $217k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Develop gameplay features that bring designers’ vision into Apex Legends.
  • Maintain and improve the existing codebase and gameplay systems.
  • Follow engineering standards through code and script reviews.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve accessibility and player enjoyment.
  • Collaborate with Production on sprint goals and write technical design documents.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of software development engineering experience on gameplay teams.
  • Experience shipping multiplayer video game titles.
  • Experience working on live-service video game titles.
  • Experience working with large codebases and managing performance and budget improvements.
  • Advanced C++ and C skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent training and professional experience.
