Responsibilities
- Analyze requirements and build and configure Adobe Experience Manager components using Sling Models, OSGi, HTL, and Java.
- Test, debug, and validate AI-generated code and test cases while owning application quality.
- Support AEM content modeling, taxonomy planning, MSM activities, DAM integrations, and third-party API integrations.
- Apply AEM-specific prompt engineering and contribute reusable prompts for component generation, configuration, and code review.
- Work with AEM as a Cloud Service, Cloud Manager pipelines, cloud-native OSGi patterns, and AEM Edge Delivery Services.
- Collaborate with teams and architects to translate business needs and designs into working implementations.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience is required.
- Proficiency developing with Adobe Experience Manager Sites, including AEM component development with HTL/Sightly, Sling Models, OSGi/Felix, and Java.
- Familiarity with AEM as a Cloud Service, Cloud Manager pipelines, cloud-native deployment patterns, and AEM Edge Delivery Services.
- Hands-on experience using GitHub Copilot or Claude for AI-assisted development and direct experience calling LLM APIs such as OpenAI or Anthropic.
- Strong Java and JavaScript proficiency, with Python experience and familiarity with Adobe platform developer APIs.
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP, Docker containers, and CI/CD pipelines.
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field is listed; 15 years of full-time education is required.
- AEM production experience of 2+ years is also listed, or equivalent experience through client projects, internships, or significant personal/open-source projects.
- Ability to evaluate, validate, and improve AI-generated outputs and understand AI limitations and responsible use.
