Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with experienced cross-disciplinary teams to design, build, and operate innovative products and services.
  • Design and develop scalable solutions using cloud-native architectures and microservices in distributed computing environments.
  • Build and maintain resilient, scalable, fault-tolerant, and cost-effective systems.
  • Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and technical documentation.
  • Write clean, maintainable code using software development best practices and design patterns.
  • Contribute to GenAI and AI-powered tools that improve development productivity.
  • Participate in CI/CD practices, on-call duties, monitoring, troubleshooting, and production issue resolution.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related STEM field.
  • Expected to graduate in August or December 2027.
  • Demonstrated experience with at least one general-purpose programming language, such as Java, Python, C++, C#, Go, Rust, or TypeScript.
  • Experience with data structures implementation, basic algorithm development, or object-oriented design principles.
  • Must be legally able to work in Singapore.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Preferred qualifications include prior technical internships or project experience; experience with AI development tools, cloud platforms, database systems, open-source projects, version control systems, and debugging complex systems; and strong problem-solving, analytical, learning, and adaptability skills.

Benefits

  • Full-time internship from January 4, 2027 through June 30, 2027.
  • Office-based work Monday through Friday, up to 40 hours per week, typically between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.
  • Mentorship, learning opportunities, and exposure to globally distributed AWS Security Services systems.
  • Interns must have at least one academic quarter, semester, or trimester remaining after the internship and should not have conflicting classes or employment during working hours.
