Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, configuration, and deployment of custom software applications.
- Serve as an SME and primary point of contact while collaborating with and managing the team.
- Make team decisions and contribute to key decisions across multiple teams.
- Design and implement scalable data pipelines and workflows.
- Optimize data processing and analytics performance within cloud environments.
- Use scripting and automation to streamline application deployment and maintenance.
- Troubleshoot complex system issues and provide effective resolutions.
- Oversee technology integrations, mentor junior team members, and coordinate cross-functional efforts with business objectives.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with the Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- At least 5 years of overall professional experience.
- Strong experience designing and implementing scalable data pipelines and workflows.
- Ability to optimize data processing and analytics performance in cloud environments.
- Familiarity with scripting and automation for application deployment and maintenance.
- Experience troubleshooting complex system issues and delivering effective solutions.
- 15 years of full-time education.
