Base Salary
$195k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Account Executives to understand customer requirements and develop customized technical solutions
- Translate business objectives into technical requirements and solution designs
- Drive customer demos and Proofs of Value showcasing the CodeRabbit platform
- Help respond to security questionnaires
- Provide customer feedback and collaborate with Product and Engineering to address issues and improve the product experience
- Monitor trends and emerging technologies in AI-powered development tools and platforms
- Improve internal tools and document playbooks, guides, and best practices
- Support the transition from pre-sales to post-sales customer onboarding
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role, including 2+ years in a dynamic, fast-paced startup-like environment
- Experience working with technical teams and business leaders
- Strong experience with software development tools and platforms and comfort working with the command line
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Strong organizational, communication, interpersonal, ownership, self-motivation, and learning skills
- Willingness to mentor and train peers
- Bonus: experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, or GitHub Actions
