Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Account Executives to understand customer requirements and develop customized technical solutions.
- Translate business objectives into technical requirements and solution designs.
- Drive compelling demos and impactful Proof of Values (PoVs) to showcase the value of the CodeRabbit platform.
- Respond to security questionnaires as needed.
- Provide feedback and collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve customer experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in AI-powered development tools.
- Contribute to the improvement of internal tools and documentation of best practices.
- Support the transition from pre-sales to post-sales for smooth customer onboarding.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role, with 2+ years in a startup-like environment.
- Experience working with diverse stakeholders, from technical teams to business leaders.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple customer needs simultaneously.
- Experience with software development tools and platforms.
- Comfortable working with command line interfaces.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sense of ownership and self-motivation to acquire new skills.
- Willingness to mentor and train peers.
