Responsibilities

Analyze requirements, functional specifications, and technical designs to create test plans, test cases, and testing strategies.
Design, develop, maintain, and improve scalable automated testing frameworks and coverage.
Write and execute automated tests using Python, Robot Framework, Selenium, Cypress, and Playwright.
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and improve testing efficiency.
Perform functional, regression, integration, exploratory, UI/UX, API, and backend testing.
Identify, document, track, and report defects using JIRA and Bugzilla.
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and DevOps teams and participate in Agile ceremonies.
Establish QA standards and processes, conduct root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.
Mentor junior QA engineers and provide quality insights and risk assessments.

1 to 2 years of experience.
Strong experience with automation tools including Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, and Robot Framework.
Proficiency in Java, Python, or JavaScript.
Experience with API testing tools such as Postman and RestAssured.
Familiarity with Jenkins and GitHub Actions, test frameworks including TestNG, JUnit, and Mocha, and version control with Git.
Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC, detailed test case creation, and defect tracking and reporting.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Experience with performance and load testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner is desirable.
Basic knowledge of security testing and vulnerability assessment is desirable.
Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform is desirable.
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is desirable.
