Responsibilities
- Test HART, Foundation Fieldbus, and PROFIBUS communication protocol-supported eDD usability using DeltaV, AMS, and HH475.
- Test HART, Foundation Fieldbus, and PROFIBUS-based field-device integration with DeltaV and AMS systems.
- Write test plans and log issues in the issue database.
- Communicate test metrics and status to the lead at periodic intervals.
- Quickly diagnose issues and apply analytical problem-solving skills.
Requirements
- Knowledge or experience with process field devices such as flow, level, temperature, and pressure devices, plus final control devices such as control valves.
- Knowledge or experience with HART, Foundation Fieldbus, PROFIBUS, and Modbus industrial communication protocols.
- Knowledge or experience with Asset Management Systems such as AMS/HH475 or Distributed Control Systems such as DeltaV.
- Good written and verbal communication, analytical ability, problem-solving ability, and willingness to learn quickly.
- Preferred: Diploma in Instrumentation Engineering.
