Responsibilities
- Test HART, Foundation Fieldbus, and PROFIBUS communication protocol-supported electronic device descriptions for usability using DeltaV, AMS, and HH475.
- Test HART, Foundation Fieldbus, and PROFIBUS-based field-device integration with DeltaV and AMS.
- Write test plans and log issues in the issue database.
- Communicate test metrics and status to the lead at periodic intervals.
- Diagnose issues and apply analytical and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
- Knowledge or experience with process field devices including flow, level, temperature, pressure, and final control devices such as control valves.
- Knowledge or experience with HART, Foundation Fieldbus, PROFIBUS, and Modbus industrial communication protocols.
- Knowledge or experience with AMS, HH475, or DeltaV systems.
- Good written communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to learn quickly and communicate transparently.
- A bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation Engineering is preferred.
