Responsibilities
- Test Amazon Connect contact flows, queues, routing, agent workflows, IVR journeys, telephony scenarios, and digital channels.
- Perform basic testing of AWS services, APIs, integrations, and data mappings across Amazon Connect, Salesforce, and third-party systems.
- Test Salesforce Service Cloud Voice, CTI, screen pops, Voice Call records, Omni-Channel, Amazon Connect Chat, and other omnichannel journeys.
- Create and execute test scenarios and cases; prepare test data; log, track, and retest defects using QA tools.
- Support defect triage, SIT, regression, UAT, release-readiness, automation, and performance-testing activities.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of QA/testing experience or a minimum of 6 months of paid QA internship experience.
- Strong understanding of functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing fundamentals.
- Basic knowledge of test-case creation, test execution, defect management, QA processes, APIs, Postman or similar tools, and cloud concepts, preferably AWS.
- Ability to translate business requirements into test scenarios and troubleshoot issues across multiple systems.
- Preferred exposure to Amazon Connect, IVR and telephony, Salesforce or Service Cloud, Jira, TestRail, QMetry, Zephyr, SQL, QA automation, scripting, Cyara, Empirix Hammer, Bespoken, generative AI, conversational AI, or chatbot testing.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, documentation, collaboration, and attention-to-detail skills.
