Responsibilities
- Design, develop, execute, and maintain automated tests across the software delivery lifecycle.
- Contribute to automation framework design, enhancements, and reusable functions.
- Prepare, maintain, and execute test cases based on user stories, presenting results and tracking defects to closure.
- Maintain traceability from business requirements through test cases to automated scripts.
- Review test approaches with stakeholders, track execution milestones, and report issues and risks affecting timelines.
- Construct end-to-end business scenarios and identify environmental and data dependencies.
- Support delivery pipeline adoption, process compliance, documentation, troubleshooting, and overall software quality improvements.
- Collaborate with product owners, developers, architects, stakeholders, and internal and external teams.
- Align risk and control processes with daily responsibilities and escalate risks appropriately.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of related experience.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- Hands-on experience coordinating end-to-end testing, UAT, and release readiness for platform capabilities, integrations, and insights.
- Experience with test automation frameworks and tools such as Selenium, JUnit, and TestNG.
- Experience with CI/CD technologies and tools such as Bitbucket, Jenkins, Cucumber, Git, JUnit, and Jira, including reusable framework components.
- Understanding of smoke, black-box, non-black-box, regression, unit, integration, and functional testing.
- Exposure to AI-assisted testing tools for test generation, self-healing locators, or intelligent test maintenance is preferred.
- Experience in software development and proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, Python, or C#.
- Knowledge of databases and SQL, preferably including sophisticated SQL queries.
- Experience working in Agile or Waterfall environments and coordinating onsite/offshore work models.
- Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, communication, teamwork, and collaboration skills.
