Base Salary
$75k - $115k/yr
Responsibilities
- Learn, develop, maintain, and enhance automated test scripts under the guidance of senior automation team members.
- Create and execute test cases, test plans, and test scenarios based on business requirements.
- Shift between manual validation and automated testing according to timelines, feature complexity, and team needs.
- Build technical testing knowledge involving automation frameworks, scripting, CI/CD, and quality engineering practices.
- Communicate effectively in a remote environment and maintain an active on-camera presence during expected meetings.
Requirements
- Some prior technical experience in software testing, automation, scripting, development, or a related technical area, or a bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or another programming or technology-related field.
- Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle and/or Agile delivery practices.
- Familiarity with test automation concepts and interest in developing automation tool and framework skills.
- Exposure to at least one programming or scripting language such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, Python, or C#.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Health IT experience is a plus.
