Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Write test plans and test cases based on application requirements and client business rules.
- Execute manual and applicable automated testing across web and desktop applications.
- Identify, document, track, and retest software bugs and defects through resolution.
- Learn client operations and workflows to test software in real-world business contexts.
- Validate that applications integrate correctly with and reflect data from client systems.
- Perform regression testing for new releases.
- Collaborate with developers, project managers, and client stakeholders to clarify requirements and confirm fixes.
- Communicate testing status, risks, and issues to project teams.
- Train end users on the company's software solutions.
Requirements
- Experience writing test plans, test cases, and bug reports.
- Solid understanding of QA methodologies and the software testing lifecycle.
- Familiarity with Microsoft technologies including .NET, SQL Server, Windows Server, and Azure.
- Strong analytical, detail-oriented, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to learn new business domains and communicate with client-facing teams and non-technical end users.
- One to three years of experience.
- Manufacturing experience or ERP exposure is a strong plus.
- Associate or bachelor's degree in a technology-related field is nice to have.
- Experience testing applications integrated with ERP platforms such as Dynamics, SAP, or Epicor is preferred.
- Exposure to automated testing tools or frameworks is preferred.
- Managed services or software consulting experience is preferred.
