Responsibilities
- Lead automation roadmaps and strategies for strategic business-unit accounts.
- Assess account requirements and maturity, shortlist suitable accounts, and drive automation maturity improvements.
- Align customers on automation capabilities and return on investment while meeting contractual project commitments.
- Ensure required automation software and infrastructure are implemented and establish scalable dashboards and process-support systems.
- Develop and review account automation plans with account partners and delivery teams.
- Review automation projects, resolve complex operational and production escalations, and ensure successful rollout against project plans.
- Identify automation trends, technologies, working practices, and team capability gaps.
- Maintain customer relationships, collect feedback, coordinate internal resources, and support business continuity.
- Manage access controls for export-controlled, proprietary, and sensitive project information.
Requirements
- Mandatory test automation skills.
- 5–8 years of professional experience.
- Ability to lead automation initiatives, develop account strategies, and manage project delivery.
- Ability to engage customers, resolve complex escalations, and coordinate delivery teams.
