Responsibilities
- Develop, code, enhance, and deploy custom software solutions across systems and applications.
- Work with Pega process flows, activities, UI elements, reporting elements, decision management techniques, and multiple Pega frameworks.
- Implement integrations with databases and external systems using SOAP and REST services, including connectors, listeners, batch processes, and agents.
- Use Pega tools including Live-UI, Clipboard, and Tracer, and understand deployment environments and activities.
- Write and execute unit tests according to requirements.
- Perform Python development, application development, system integration, and prompt engineering.
- Handle client calls independently and manage pressure situations within the project.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience is required; the posting also specifies a minimum of 5 years of overall industry experience.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Strong Pega experience, including process flows, decision management, integrations, deployment activities, and more than two Pega frameworks.
- Pega CSA and CSSA certifications are mandatory; CUIS is optional.
- Experience with Python development, prompt engineering, application development, system integration, and object-oriented programming is required.
- React.js and Node.js are good-to-have skills.
- Anthropic, AWS, or Google certification is desirable.
- Good communication skills and the ability to handle client calls independently are required.
