Responsibilities
- Develop, code, customize, and enhance Pega-based software components and applications.
- Apply knowledge of Pega process flows, activities, UI elements, reporting elements, decision management techniques, and multiple Pega frameworks.
- Implement integrations with databases and external systems using SOAP and REST services, including connectors, listeners, batch processes, and agents.
- Work across development environments and support deployment activities.
- Use Pega tools including Live-UI, Clipboard, and Tracer.
- Write and execute unit test cases according to requirements.
- Develop with Python and support application development, system integration, and prompt engineering activities.
- Handle client calls independently and manage pressure situations within the project.
Requirements
- Minimum five years of overall industry experience is required; the posting also states a minimum of three years of experience.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Mandatory Pega certifications are CSA and CSSA; CUIS is optional.
- Strong experience with the Pega Platform, Pega process flows, UI and reporting elements, decision management, integrations, and Pega frameworks.
- Experience with Python development, prompt engineering, application development, and system integration is required.
- Good understanding of object-oriented programming concepts is required.
- Good communication skills and the ability to handle client calls independently are required.
- React.js and Node.js are good-to-have skills.
- Certifications in Anthropic, AWS, or Google are good to have.
