Responsibilities
- Take software concepts from zero to working products and real-world validation across multiple ventures.
- Own full-stack development spanning frontend, backend, APIs, and data layers.
- Shape product direction with venture leads and PMs while designing and implementing core systems, models, and integrations.
- Build rapid validation loops, identify technical and product risks, and make tradeoffs between speed and durability.
- Work directly with stakeholders to validate workflows, refine solutions, and apply reusable patterns across ventures.
Requirements
- 6+ years of software engineering experience, including time in early-stage 0-to-1 environments.
- Proven ability to build and ship full-stack applications end to end.
- Strong judgment regarding speed-versus-scalability tradeoffs in early-stage systems.
- Demonstrated use of AI to accelerate development or product capabilities.
- Ability to operate effectively with ambiguity, incomplete or messy inputs, and evolving problems and solutions.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to influence decisions.
