Base Salary
$203k - $259k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build integrations that pull account, customer, and opportunity context from multiple platforms into AI agents.
- Write agent outputs back to systems of record, including tagging deals and logging recommended actions.
- Infer whether recommended actions were executed using conversational intelligence and CRM signals.
- Develop reliable, monitored data pipelines and APIs with strong data quality and observability.
- Partner with GTM IT engineering on integration contracts, design reviews, shared standards, and production delivery.
Requirements
- 7+ years of software or data engineering experience building production integrations, APIs, and pipelines.
- Experience integrating with CRM platforms, including Multsoft APIs, and/or SaaS data platforms.
- Experience with REST or GraphQL, webhooks, authentication, and batch or streaming data pipelines.
- Experience with reliability, observability, data quality, and inferring actions from conversation and CRM data.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Preferred qualifications include Salesforce platform depth, Gong or other conversation-intelligence APIs, GraphQL, knowledge graphs or supergraphs, LangGraph, Python, sales data familiarity, and experience partnering with another engineering organization on shared code and standards.
