Responsibilities
- Lead native mobile experiences for iOS and Android, including barcode scanning, surveys, notifications, localization, and feedback capture.
- Build scalable, high-performing mobile solutions for a global user base.
- Develop responsive and adaptive mobile interfaces and convert Figma designs into pixel-perfect applications.
- Integrate analytics, push notifications, authentication frameworks, REST APIs, and third-party SDKs.
- Manage App Store deployment, provisioning profiles, certificates, TestFlight, and release management.
- Own the end-to-end mobile application lifecycle from requirements gathering through deployment and production support.
- Debug, troubleshoot, optimize performance, and manage memory across iOS and Android applications.
- Lead and mentor a team of at least two mobile developers.
- Drive technical design discussions and architect scalable mobile solutions.
- Use Git, CI/CD pipelines, Agile/Scrum practices, and code review processes.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of software development experience with strong expertise in .NET/Xamarin iOS, C#, and MAUI.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience building and supporting enterprise-grade iOS applications, with Android support.
- Strong experience with MVVM architecture, dependency injection, asynchronous programming, and mobile design patterns.
- Experience integrating REST APIs, authentication frameworks, third-party SDKs, Firebase Analytics, OneSignal Push Notifications, and PostHog Analytics.
- Extensive experience with App Store deployment, provisioning profiles, certificates, TestFlight, and release management.
- Strong background in responsive and adaptive mobile UI development across multiple screen sizes and device form factors.
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and memory management skills for iOS and Android.
- Experience owning the full mobile application lifecycle and mentoring mobile developers.
- Ability to lead technical design discussions and architect scalable mobile solutions.
