Responsibilities
- Support GraphTalk system migration through system understanding, code analysis, integration support, and issue resolution.
- Coordinate with offshore development teams during migration, integration, and testing cycles.
- Provide development support, defect fixing, and stabilization assistance.
- Support SIT/UAT cycles through scenario validation and issue tracking.
- Analyze production issues and perform minor enhancements, BAU maintenance, and system support.
- Act as local Taiwan-based support to retain system knowledge and ensure long-term sustainability.
Requirements
- Strong programming background in Java or other object-oriented programming languages.
- Experience with Struts 1/2 and Spring Boot 2/3.
- Experience in system development, migration, or integration projects.
- Familiarity with front-end/back-end collaboration and system integration processes.
- Experience with JavaScript, jQuery, Vue, and AngularJS.
- Understanding of database concepts, including SQL, Oracle, SQL Server, and preferably PostgreSQL.
- Preferred experience with SQL performance tuning, index design, and query optimization.
- Understanding of SDLC and system lifecycle processes.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Financial services or insurance systems experience is a plus.
- Production support, BAU maintenance, or legacy-systems experience is preferred.
- Mandarin or Taiwanese language capability is preferred.
