Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable .NET services, APIs, and event-driven systems for CBA’s digital wealth platform.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership across architecture, engineering standards, and strategic technology outcomes.
- Build resilient, secure, high-performing cloud-native platforms using distributed systems and modern architecture patterns.
- Drive end-to-end software delivery across the software development lifecycle.
- Champion automated testing, observability, performance optimization, and continuous improvement.
- Use AI engineering tools and emerging GenAI capabilities to improve developer productivity and software delivery.
- Mentor and coach engineers while fostering technical growth and engineering excellence.
- Collaborate with Engineering Managers, Product Owners, product leaders, business stakeholders, and domain experts.
- Translate complex requirements into scalable, customer-focused solutions and advance engineering practices across teams.
Requirements
- Deep expertise designing and delivering end-to-end .NET/C# full-stack solutions using ASP.NET Core, React, and Next.js.
- Experience architecting scalable, resilient, and secure systems using microservices and event-driven architectures.
- Experience with AWS cloud technologies, Infrastructure as Code, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with automated testing, observability, performance optimization, and secure software delivery.
- Ability to provide technical leadership, guide architecture, mentor engineers, and drive cross-team alignment.
- Experience collaborating with business and technology stakeholders in large-scale enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with AI engineering tools, GenAI capabilities, agent frameworks, RAG, and model evaluation.
- Nice-to-have experience with AWS EMR, AWS Glue, Apache Flink, Amazon Kinesis, data pipelines, distributed data processing, data modeling, data governance, and scalable data workflows.
