Base Salary
$140k - $165k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and support full-stack products and features across multi-platform clients and Kotlin/JVM-based backend services.
- Build resilient APIs and reusable frameworks, white-label solutions, and multi-tenant architectures.
- Enforce performance, accessibility, data privacy, and clinical-grade quality standards.
- Modernize systems using agentic AI development tools to improve developer productivity and team efficiency.
- Provide technical stewardship in complex situations, clarify ambiguous requirements, mitigate risk, and mentor engineers.
Requirements
- Require 3–5+ years of professional software engineering experience building robust customer-facing products end to end.
- Require strong front-end and back-end development experience using Node and TypeScript; Kotlin or Java experience is a major plus.
- Require proficiency building resilient APIs, with experience using GraphQL and TypeScript in middle layers.
- Require experience delivering user-focused products across web and mobile platforms.
- Require proficiency with modern agentic development tools such as Claude Code.
- Require experience with reusable frameworks, white-label solutions, or multi-tenant architectures.
- Value experience in high-stakes industries such as HealthTech, ConsumerTech, or Conversational AI.
- Require autonomy, sound technical judgment, and a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a related technical field.
- Bonus qualifications include Kotlin Multiplatform, security and data encryption expertise, and experience with FHIR, HL7, or EHR integrations.
