Responsibilities
- Architect and build scalable, secure, reliable, and maintainable enterprise backend systems.
- Develop APIs and services using C#, .NET, .NET 6/7/8, and ASP.NET Core Web API.
- Integrate and customize digital banking platforms such as Forge, Plumery, VeriPark, Temenos, and Backbase.
- Design, document, secure, debug, and performance-tune APIs and backend services.
- Implement architecture patterns including Clean Architecture, SOLID, microservices, CQRS, and event-driven systems.
- Work with Azure cloud services, SQL databases, distributed caching, containerized deployments, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, DevOps engineers, and teammates while mentoring and communicating technical decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or a related field.
- At least 5 years of professional software development experience with C# and .NET Framework/Core.
- At least 3 years of experience building APIs and services with .NET 6/7/8 and ASP.NET Core Web API.
- Experience delivering complex, mission-critical projects in professional services environments, including digital banking platform integration and customization.
- Proficiency with Azure services, RESTful API design and documentation, AutoMapper, System.Text.Json, xUnit, and Moq.
- Knowledge of JWT/OAuth2, Azure AD, secure role-based API development, Git, Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines, and SQL databases.
- Experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Microsoft SQL Server, plus strong debugging, performance tuning, analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Preferred experience includes financial services or fintech, core banking integrations, third-party financial APIs, MediatR and CQRS, Docker, Redis, distributed caching, event-driven architectures, API versioning, and OWASP security practices.
