Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for build, testing, and deployment automation.
- Develop Infrastructure as Code and automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and application deployments.
- Deploy, manage, and optimize cloud infrastructure across Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Manage Kubernetes and Docker workloads for high availability and scalability.
- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions.
- Support network automation products and resolve issues involving their underlying infrastructure.
- Participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation, respond to production incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.
- Document runbooks, standard operating procedures, and post-incident reports.
- Collaborate with software development, SRE, operations, security, and architecture teams to improve reliability and deployment processes.
- Develop agentic workflows and AI-driven automation such as intelligent ticket triage, automated incident response, and self-healing infrastructure.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Validated experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or related roles.
- Strong experience with CI/CD tools such as GitLab CI, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.
- Proficiency with Kubernetes and Docker.
- Experience with Terraform, Ansible, or Helm.
- Solid understanding of Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Programming or scripting skills in Python, Shell, Bash, or similar languages.
- Understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, load balancing, and firewalls.
- Ability to participate in on-call rotations and respond to production incidents.
- Preferred qualifications include experience with AI-driven automation, LLM APIs, prompt engineering, agent frameworks, RAG systems, vector databases, network automation, observability tools, relevant certifications, security standards, and regulated industries.
