Base Salary
$44k - $106k/yr
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Configure Salesforce declaratively using Flows, Dynamic Forms, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, and Lightning App Builder.
- Design and develop custom Salesforce solutions with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce APIs, automations, and integrations.
- Build Lightning-based user experiences and support business process improvements.
- Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, debugging, deployment support, application maintenance, and performance optimization.
- Participate in data migration, data cleansing, data loading, code reviews, solution design, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies.
- Create process flows, user stories, solution documentation, training materials, and end-user guides.
- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, QA teams, and stakeholders to deliver Salesforce solutions.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience.
- Experience building custom Salesforce applications with Apex and Lightning Web Components.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Flow, including Record-Triggered, Screen, Scheduled, and Orchestration flows.
- Experience with Lightning App Builder, Dynamic Forms, Dynamic Actions, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, and Salesforce security model configuration.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Data Loader and Data Import tools, plus experience integrating Salesforce with external applications using REST APIs and Platform Events.
- Working knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I, or Service Cloud Consultant are preferred.
- Exposure to Salesforce Data Cloud, Agentforce, Prompt Builder, Einstein capabilities, Experience Cloud, Copado CI/CD, DevOps Center, GitHub, GitLab, or Azure DevOps pipelines is preferred.
