Base Salary

$110k - $184k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver AI-driven enterprise software applications.
  • Build scalable applications integrating LLMs, voice recognition, document parsing, image parsing, text-to-speech, and RAG capabilities.
  • Design and optimize data pipelines and datasets for AI development and testing.
  • Develop prompts, prompt caching strategies, prompt libraries, and performance benchmarks.
  • Fine-tune and serve GPT-family and Llama models.
  • Develop AI agents with Semantic Kernel and prototype copilot experiences and autonomous workflows.
  • Communicate AI concepts to nontechnical audiences and collaborate with internal teams and outside stakeholders.
  • Document code and applications and solve complex technical problems.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of software development experience.
  • At least 4 years of experience developing AI-enhanced applications using LLMs, voice, image, or speech models.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related engineering discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in Python and AI libraries including OpenAI, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
  • Experience with AI evaluation metrics including precision, recall, F1-score, and AUC-ROC, as well as MLOps.
  • Experience building RAG systems using LangChain or LlamaIndex and vector databases.
  • Experience with AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Codeium, or Windsurf.
  • Knowledge of LLM model selection, tuning, token pricing, prompt caching, batching, and quantization.
  • Preferred experience with Node.js, Express.js, AWS, GCP, Azure, Git, Docker, and Kubernetes.
  • Healthcare domain expertise and the ability to translate clinical or business needs into AI solutions are preferred.

  • Base pay range is $110,300-$183,800 annually, with potential annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities.
