Base Salary
$61k - $104k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy full stack enterprise applications using Java.
- Build RESTful APIs, microservices, and messaging-based systems for high-volume, low-latency applications.
- Develop reusable responsive UI components and integrate them with backend services.
- Participate in architecture, code reviews, technical design discussions, and documentation.
- Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Implement security, data protection, and compliance best practices for financial systems.
- Troubleshoot production issues and collaborate with support teams on resolution.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps automation practices.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Security.
- Strong professional experience with Python.
- Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and messaging systems such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
- Proficiency with Angular or React, JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with relational databases including Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL.
- Knowledge of Hibernate or JPA, Maven or Gradle, and Git.
- Strong understanding of software design principles, data structures, and multithreading or concurrency.
- Preferred qualifications include financial services or investment banking experience; cloud and container exposure; Redis, Elastic, or profiling-tool experience; Jenkins or GitHub Actions familiarity; automated testing experience; and secure coding or banking compliance knowledge.
