Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, code, test, troubleshoot, and debug programs using appropriate hardware, database, and programming technologies.
- Maintain and modify existing programs and implement approved changes.
- Develop simple applications and write new program code according to prescribed specifications.
- Build and maintain database solutions, APIs, and programming modifications to enhance functionality.
- Write and maintain clear programming documentation.
- Evaluate program interrelationships, analyze performance deficiencies, and implement corrective actions with user and supervisor input.
- Confer with users to understand requested changes, program intent, data requirements, outputs, and internal controls.
- Conduct or support low- to moderate-level data analysis and research for management decision-making.
- Maintain confidentiality of processed, stored, and accessed information.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work experience.
- At least 4 years of experience in business or financial analysis, management reporting, or related work.
- Strong proficiency in C# and the .NET ecosystem, including .NET Core, .NET Framework, and ASP.NET.
- Experience with SQL databases, including Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL, for development, optimization, and querying.
- Experience building RESTful APIs and Web APIs using technologies such as ASP.NET Web API, Minimal APIs, or gRPC.
- Familiarity with Entity Framework or other ORM frameworks.
- Knowledge of PowerShell, Bash, or Python for automation and DevOps tasks.
- Proficiency with Git and familiarity with GitHub, GitLab, or Azure DevOps.
- Knowledge of microservices, message queue systems, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines is preferred.
- Experience with Azure or AWS, Windows Server, IIS, Linux distributions, networking, firewalls, and security best practices is preferred.
- Ability to manipulate PDF, JPEG, and AFP files programmatically and use libraries such as iTextSharp, ImageMagick, or Ghostscript.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, communication, documentation, independent-work, and collaboration skills.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
