Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain advanced software applications and systems aligned with business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate software solutions and ensure seamless functionality.
- Apply software engineering best practices, including code reviews, testing, and documentation.
- Contribute to software architecture, design patterns, and scalable, maintainable code.
- Participate in technical discussions and mentor junior engineers.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant software development experience delivering complex software projects.
- At least 3 years of programming experience with Java, C++, and Python.
- At least 3 years of experience with software development tools, version control systems, and continuous integration/deployment pipelines.
- At least 3 years of experience with software architecture, design patterns, and software engineering best practices.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is valued.
- Experience in Agile development environments and familiarity with DevOps practices are valued.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to lead technical discussions are valued.
- Candidates must meet Honeywell’s U.S. Person or export-authorization requirements.
