Responsibilities
- Design and build high-throughput, scalable systems for core account primitives.
- Lead the design and delivery of console-facing capabilities.
- Drive prioritization and resolution of technical debt and security gaps.
- Design data models and service boundaries for high event throughput.
- Lead incident response and postmortems for cross-service issues.
- Collaborate with Product Management and Design on the Accounts roadmap.
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and design feedback.
- Apply knowledge of cloud security models and Infrastructure as Code.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of software engineering experience with cloud-scale distributed systems.
- Strong proficiency in Go and JavaScript/Node.js.
- Experience designing high-throughput, scalable systems handling large data volumes.
- Deep experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Solid grounding in distributed systems and microservices architecture.
- Effective communication skills for collaboration across a global organization.
